How to Order & Pay
Pedigree reports and breeding consultancy for international clients.
1. What we provide
UAT Racing is a horse racing and breeding data and analysis service. For
international clients the relevant services are:
- Mare Analysis Report — pedigree, origin and performance profile of a mare,
with stallion compatibility scoring.
- Stallion Compatibility Report — nick and line analysis for a proposed mating.
- Sales Catalogue Analysis — pedigree screening of an auction catalogue.
- Breeding Consultancy Plans — annual access for breeders and studs.

2. Pricing

Prices are set in Turkish lira. For international orders we issue an
invoice in EUR or USD converted at the exchange rate on the invoice date.
Ask for a quote before transferring.
3. How to order
- Email destek@uatracing.com with the horse
name (and country of registration or GHN if known) and the report you want.
- We reply with a written quote in EUR or USD, and the delivery time.
- You transfer the amount to the account below.
- Send the transfer confirmation to the same address. We start on confirmation.
4. Bank transfer details
Türkiye is not part of SEPA, so international transfers are routed via
SWIFT. Your bank will need both the IBAN and the SWIFT/BIC code.

Two things that matter:
Send the transfer in the currency of the account — a different currency is
converted by the bank at its own rate.
Select OUR for charges (all fees paid by the sender) so the full invoiced amount
arrives. With SHA or BEN, correspondent bank fees are deducted from the
amount and the invoice stays partly unpaid.
Put the invoice number (or the horse name) in the payment reference.
5. Delivery, refunds and terms
- Transfers usually clear in 1–2 business days. We begin once the payment is
credited or a valid confirmation is received.
- Reports are delivered as PDF by email, in English or Turkish.
- If the report has not yet been produced, the order can be cancelled and refunded
in full. Refunds are returned to the account the payment came from.
